Each story you're developing is kept separate. Use the selector above the capture box to pick which one an update belongs to, or leave it on Auto-detect and it'll figure that out from what you wrote.

Check this box before capturing if you'd like a clarifying question back about what you just wrote, to help you think it through further. Leave it unchecked and nothing gets asked.

Overview, Cards, Questions, Research, Reports

Overview is a running progress summary. Cards are the individual pieces captured so far, sorted by type. Questions are things flagged as still unresolved. Research holds real-world facts you've said you need to look up. Reports generates a shareable write-up of where the story stands.
